Biography:

     Hey I’m Jess, or JB and I’m from a small town just a little south of Rochester, so Ithaca weather never surprises me. I currently go to IC and fittingly, I’m a Television-Radio Major. Besides radio, I’m a big Disney fan and I’m actually a seasonal cast member at Walt Disney World, so if you’re planning a  Disney vacation and need any tips, feel free to ask : ) I also love to go out and dance, and the hottest hip-hop songs usually become my ringtones. Mad is my favorite adjective and I don’t think you can ever catch me not smiling.  I just love to live it up!

My Start as a ZJ:

I wanted to be a ZJ! For the contest, I had to send in an audio clip and I had all of IC behind me. I started IC radio as a freshman in both WICB-FM and VIC Internet Radio and I absolutely loved it. I've done modern rock, city rhythms as Dj Lova and I even had my own Disney Show. I've been lucky enough to get a little advice from the professional in my family, my Uncle Mike(Rick Tracy) before he passed away in 2008. He was the Afternoon Drive DJ in Jacksonville for 18 years at Rock105 and I hope I follow the same lifestyle he shared with me. Luckily for this contest,  I had a lot of fans who voted for me to win and when I did Corey asked me try out the weekend shift! I started on Saturdays from 3-7 and then I got to be on Sunday nights from 7-1 and I also filled in for the ZJs when they were sick and now I'm the morning co-host waking you up with Corey from 5-10 for the number one rated morning show in Ithaca and you can also catch me Middays from 10-3 and Weekends from 3-7!
